Puzo Modern is an adapted revival of the lettering by Neil Fujita on the cover of the original Godfather novel. The typeface maintains the classic character of the original letterforms, and adds its own a modular angularity. Many of the idiosyncrasies from the handdrawn letters are preserved, including ultra round periods and tiddles, sharp angles, tall ascenders, and narrow spacing.
